Xion isn't stupid. She's been on recon missions for the Organization before, and she knows that if something looks suspicious, it probably is.
And Xion heads up to the tower as fast as she can, seeking out the stair cases to get higher and higher.
Two hundred and sixty two floors? No problem. Poppet here has the stamina of a god without muscles to get tired.
