[Still no mission! But there's a couple things of note. Santa was gone yesterday, but now he's apparently come back to his house. And there might be familiar faces going into the Toy Factory. Other than that, though, there's nothing really different. It may also be of interest that there doesn't seem to be any repercussions for doing nothing yesterday...]

Yeah! I asked Santa-san if he could get gifts for my friends, and he remembered! I was giving them out yesterday.

[He looks... a little suspicious now, but... well, he'll play along.]

[How could you be suspicious of this guy? Or of Santa?]

I-I didn't actually. I wasn't expecting to find you! But they are at the lobby! I left the tree up, and the leftover presents are under there.

[Considering he doesn't particularly believe in Santa, nor does he believe he's earned any sort of present...]

[He almost instinctively grabs Joshua's arm to drag him along, but manages to reign in his excitement as he leads the way to the lobby.]

[... thank goodness he didn't try. Regardless, Joshua follows in silence, equal parts curious and disbelieving.]

Crap I thought I was done with thinking up gifts.

[As soon as they arrive, Ryoji's running back in front of his Christmas tree display, which is still intact, despite the bite Zecora took out of the decorations, and starts rummaging around through the remaining gifts. Since there's only a few left now, it's easy to find Joshua's gift, a little purple box with a silver ribbon holding it closed. Ryoji holds it out, grinning.]

[Purple and silver... hm. Not a bad color combination, considering. But the fact that he does in fact have a gift is a little surprising. ... he'll just be taking that and neatly undoing the ribbon, thank you.]

OH LOOK WHAT A SURPRISE

[Inside is a tiny rectangular planter, holding a sakura bonsai tree, not yet budding. There's the usual accessories as well, including fertilizer and decorative pebbles to put in the dish. Ryoji peeks inside the box, lighting up when he sees the plant.]

Oh! It's one of those little trees! I always thought those were cool...
