Wall Instructions: Key wall in front of Paulownia Mall.
Wall Rewards: Hip Snake
Reaped Rewards: Hot Gaze
Mission Rewards: Choose ONE: 1-handed sword, 2-handed sword, Boxing Gloves, Knuckles, Axe, Hammer, Spear, Bow, or Kunai.

[Another day, another Noise-erasing mission. However, this time there is a definite cause behind the noise: Someone has been wreaking havoc in the Police Station, and the Officer there is really starting to get tired of not being able to catch the culprit. To get rid of the Noise completely, the Players will have to address this little problem. But anyone who helps will be rewarded with a weapon... apparently, some strings have been pulled in that regard. Could the higher-ups be planning something?]

[Ryoji is relieved to see her again, if a little worried that she's hurt. He walks up to her, offering her a small smile.]

Xion, how are you doing? I haven't seen you in a while...

[poppetstrings]

[She motions to her current state of affair, before giving him an awkward half-smile.]

[notsogrimreaper]

Ah... yeah, that isn't exactly great, is it?

[He can't bring himself to laugh. He's worried to see Xion like this... yet it does remind him why he's doing what he's doing. She needs a chance to live like normal again.]

Listen... Xion, do you have time to talk for a bit?

[poppetstrings]

[She nods, snapping her shoulder into place as she stands, letting him lead the way.]

[He walks with her to a small coffee table in between two comfy chairs and has a seat, waiting for her to join him before he starts speaking.]

[Xion sits down beside him, turning her head to look at him as she motions for him to speak.]

You remember what I told you about what I am, right? ...My existence was brought about by the people in my world wishing for death. They wanted to destroy everything so they could start over again with a clean slate. They thought it was the only way to fix their problems, so as they wished for that, I was called to bring about the end of my world... the world that we're in this week.

[He falls silent, unable to look at Xion. He knows she doesn't have a face to show a reaction on, but it still hurts to imagine what she must be thinking.]

[poppetstrings]

[She doesn't move as he explains. She doesn't hate him. She couldn't.

But if he trusts her enough to tell her this.. Slowly, she slips her hand into one of her pockets, pulling out her phone. She types on the keypad furiously, as quick as she can without making mistakes.]

It's alright, Ryoji. You can't help what you are, I understand that just like you do. But I don't believe this world is what you think it is. I don't think it is -your- world like you believe it to be.

[notsogrimreaper]

It's not okay. It's dangerous. Even if this isn't my world, it's still a copy of it. And that means I need to do whatever I can to make sure no one is hurt.

[He swallows, forcing a smile as he continues speaking, as if Xion will focus on his apparent happiness and not his true words.]

...Ichigo-san has agreed to kill me.

[poppetstrings]

[With that, she scribbles harder.]

It doesn't matter if its a copy. It's not your world, and it needs to run its natural course. Without the interference from us in the game. You know you don't have any real effect on this world, don't you?

[notsogrimreaper]

If I exist here, then I have an effect. I'm alive, Xion. That means I'm going to have something to do with the world. And judging from how my friends are acting, then it's obvious what my part is.

If that's the case, I'll take your place. I'll send this world into darkness so you don't bear that burden.

I could never ask you to do that. It's something I understand that I have to do. I don't want anyone else to suffer that fate.
