WEEK 4, DAY 7: MISSION
Mission: ---
Time Limit: ---
Noise Plane: ---
Wall instructions: ---
Wall rewards: ---
Reaped rewards: ---
Mission rewards: ---
[Darkness. Silence. That's all that hangs over Tatsumi Port. The city is completely blacked out, all signals are dead. No phones work, there's nothing but static on televisions and radios across town.
The sky is overcast, and the people on the Realground have found themselves looking up towards the sky... perhaps the giant tower standing where Gekkoukan High School once was might be an indication of why. Oddly, none on the RG seem to actually see it - at least, none of them notice it, judging by what you might find if you scan.
Speaking of scanning... the area is shockingly noise free. There's no interference, just a calm, unflinching acceptance.
All of the walls are down. Reapers have no orders, players have no mission. It's obvious there's one thing left to do.]
[[OOC Note: There is a Mission Reward, but the mods couldn't bear to let go of their radio silence. Mouse-over the dashes!]]

[The creature glances down at Xion and nods slightly.]
See? This puppet will stand against you, as her desires resonate with those of all the humans here. This partnership will fail, as I predicted.

If only they could communicate with each other properly. Her face is stern.)
...That is not for you to decide. No one is allowed to decide the fate of humanity but humanity itself. Such generalizations may be allowed in statistical conceptualization, but not in execution.
...I too once wished for death. And after much effort, much confusion and deceit, I got exactly that. My reasoning was misguided. Death wasn't my truest desire; my truest desire was to escape from my life as it was. It took my death to realize that I could've made my life my own if I was willing to face my fear...
...But I made my choice then and it's too late to change it; I made myself the villain to try and do what's right and I've learned from my mistakes. Should humanity do the same on their own, then it will be by their hands and not those of a false deity.
(Kreutzer readies her bow, materializing an arrow with one of her pins.)
I cannot allow this to continue. Mankind must decide its own fate, make its own mistakes and learn from them on its own. If the price is our partnership, our very existences...then so be it.
Xion...Ryoji...I'm sorry. I have made my decision.

And then she remembers. That one pin from Halloween-- The Fauxlita Bat!
She digs into her pocket before grabbing it and chucking it at Kruetzer, trying to get her to stop from hitting Ryoji and catch her attention.
This isn't what she wants. She wants someone to listen to what she has to say!]

Kreutzer doesn't look like she's going to attack just yet; she'd...rather not have to attack another dear friend.)

She makes sure to be as loud as possible as she walks towards Kruetzer, to make sure her point of "I'm not going to hurt you" rings through. After all, why would she be loud if she was just going to attack?
She grabs Kruetzers' arm quickly, but gently. And standing in front of the bow to take the hit just in case.
She's probably 'writing' too fast for the words to even make sense, but she's panicking slightly. Sorry.]

She holds her grip when Xion grabs her arm, but doesn't release the arrow. At the rate she's writing, Kreutzer can't quite understand it; Her hand is shaking and tracing Xion's thoughts too quickly.
Reluctantly, Kreutzer dispels the arrow to steady Xion's hand with her now free one. She wants to resolve this matter, but not with so much bloodlust to deny her partner a chance to speak. She's willing to listen.)

There has to be a way to reach him still. He's still in there, I know he is.

Thankfully, it's still not going to do much besides stand there. They're welcome to attempt to talk to it, but they're really only wasting the precious minutes they have left.]

...He is death. He has no say in the matter...
...
She sighs.)
...Then we pierce the monstrous exterior to save the boy within. There is no guarantee this will work, but Nyx will not listen to reason; if we are to save Ryoji, we have to free him from the beast which imprisons him...we will have to save him from himself.
Xion...are you willing stand against him to have him one again stand by your side? Are you prepared to plunge into the eternal abyss to save him?

If it brings him back.
no subject
Save Ryoji, save the world...I think we can manage.
no subject
[With that last message scrawled, she holds her pin defensively, facing Ryoji once more.
She'll get you back.
She promises.]
no subject
If you desire a battle, then I will not hesitate to grant that wish as well.
no subject
We're sorry, Ryoji; this is for your own good.

[It won't be attacking first, but it's obviously ready for whatever may come.]
