Mission: Visit the Graffiti Hall of Fame.
Time Limit: Medium
Noise Plane: Solo
Wall Instructions: Key walls around East Harlem; condition must be a Pact or one Shadow Matter. Additionally, please seal off Lower Manhattan once more after everyone has made it back.
Wall Rewards: Konohana Sakuya
Reaped Rewards: Cosmic Pull
Mission Rewards: Tin Pin Artist

[Today is an incredibly simple mission, apparently just meant to reconvene everyone else now that the errant RGers have been observed. Of course, such things could be easily taken advantage of for an ambush.
Falling behind would be just as bad, however. Unlucky stragglers, Player and Reaper alike, may find themselves pursued by strange, aggressive Noise never seen before...]

We've been doing well enough... And I think Asakura's pet will be less likely to be a hassle. We've talked it over with him, but he's so big and I'm not really sure if there can be enough food for him.

...And from what I've seen of this city, I wouldn't particularly recommend its collection of rats.
