[After a long trek through the snowy field, a row of fancy heat lamps and a stone gate finally come into view. Through it, the town of Lutie is visible, and looking quite welcoming with its Christmas greetings everywhere. Compared to the frozen tundra, you'll want to hurry inside - just try not to let the wall hit you on the way in! And once the gate is passed, the first thing you'll see is a massive Christmas Tree.... ]

[Josh, you are just calling him a chicken in the most roundabout way possible, aren't you. He glares at the other Reaper, then sighs and summons his ethereal blade]

Are you gonna help, or are you just gonna watch?

[More or less, yes. He tilts his head, appearing to seriously be considering the question.]

I think I'll hang out back here. I'm not much of a 'get-in-your-face' type. And besides, I don't want to work up a sweat.

[Ichigo rolls his eyes. He could at LEAST be his squishy mage.

He treads off into the factory, provoking one of the green elf things.

And then promptly gets swarmed by about seven more of the damn things. He swats at them with his sword, then decides to make a tactical retreat]

They don't fight fair!!

[Surprises do come in the most unlikely of places~

Joshua stays near the entrance, cell phone in hand and raised to his lips. And he looks amused. Way too amused.]

It makes sense that they would help one of their own, doesn't it?

[Well, that tactical retreat doesn't seem to be helping a whole lot, considering a few are still following. With a long-suffering sigh, Joshua flips open his phone, keying in a couple of things and jerking his hand towards the elf creatures. With each keystroke, a small beam of bluish-white light strikes one of them at random. And with the final movement, a much larger one - with cherubs, no less - engulfs the entire group, leaving a couple knocked out cold and the rest of them fairly dazed.]

[Ichigo can only watch, stunned, as Josh does his... Jesus beam thing... Wow. What. He does regain enough sense to stab each one in the head once they're dazed and KO'd, quickly eliminating the whole group. Then, without even picking up his loot, he turns to Josh]

The hell was that?!

[... yes, this was a good decision. Very amusing. A+, would try again.]

A pin. One that only I can use.

But there were... little fat.... angel things!! [he gestures at the space where the elves were. Well, more like flails] Why do you have a pin that makes fat angels?!

Because I do. [He is trying so hard not to laugh.] Or would you rather I dropped a vending machine on them~?

[tamedhollow]

I--! [he holds out his hand with one finger raised, then stops, and looks down, then at the loot, then back at Josh] ... vending.... I... You know what. You know what, I'm not going to ask. I'm not gonna ask why you have fat flying babies and vending machines out of the ether as weapons. I'm just going to go with it. [and now he's going to scoop up his loot thank you very much]

[This trying not to laugh thing is now failing. Miserably.] After all you've seen in this Game, it's still that strange to you? [No, he's not actually going to explain. He's going to leave it a complete mystery. But it's still hilarious.]

[he picks up one of the cookies that the elves dropped and munches on it before stuffing the rest in his loot bag] Look. I've seen lots of weird shit. I try not to get jaded by all of it!

[leggierissimo]

[... ew, Ichigo, that's been on the ground.] Well, there are pins that do some fairly strange things. This isn't so different, really.

[tamedhollow]

[Yeah and? Josh, Ichigo eats Noise, monsters, dead things, and whatever else fits in his mouth. A cookie off the ground is literally nothing] So why are they special? Or is it you who's special.

[leggierissimo]

[It's still disgusting. Eugh, germs.] It's special because I'm the only one that can use it. As for your other question... everyone is special in some way, aren't they?

Ahh... So you're just always that infuriatingly vague. [He swings his bag over his shoulder] Let's get out of here. I need more stuff and more people if we're gonna do this thing up right.

[leggierissimo]

It gets a good reaction. [Just chuckling over here, don't mind him.] I'm sure that you, Neku and I could probably take them just fine.

[tamedhollow]

[he rolls his eyes. He knows he's an easy target for Josh, but if it makes him happy, whatever.] Yeah. Probably. I wonder if there's anything worthwhile in here... Well, let's go.

[leggierissimo]

[It does make him happy! Aren't you happy that he's happy, Ichigo?] There's no telling until we look, but considering the amount of people that want to come in here... [Shrug!] Whenever you're ready~

[tamedhollow]

[NO. Well ok maybe a little. Happy Josh was far less irritating and scary than angry or sad Josh.] Either everyone in this world is crazy or there's something good in here. It could honestly be either. But I'm not willing to get really hurt to find out. [and with that, he walks right back out the door!]

[leggierissimo]

[Smart boy~] I'm willing to bet it's something good. Considering the nature of this world, it would make sense that an incredibly hard dungeon would have a sufficiently worthwhile reward at the end, right? [He's following, by the way!]

[tamedhollow]

Yeah. Some kind of uber weapon, or armor, or a load of gold! Something like that. [he heads back out into the cold, tightening his scarf a bit] Do you think the brass hid anything in there?

[leggierissimo]

Possibly. [He doesn't really bundle up against the cold upon stepping outside, but he does slide his hands into the pockets of his coat.] If not information, at least it's an adventure, hm?

[tamedhollow]

[Ichigo isn't as bundled up as he was in Romania. This cold is less biting. But still... cold.] I guess. Better than doing nothing.

[leggierissimo]

True. Idle hands and all that. [... and speaking of idle hands, there's a snowball forming itself, lifting in midair and flying right at the back of Ichigo's head!]

Well, it's not like they're giving us much to do, and we're not exactly rewarded for being crea-- WAGH!! [WHAP! The snowball hits him square on the back of the head. He hisses and turns around, tail lashing behind him] WHAT THE HELL, YOSHIYA?!
