[After a long trek through the snowy field, a row of fancy heat lamps and a stone gate finally come into view. Through it, the town of Lutie is visible, and looking quite welcoming with its Christmas greetings everywhere. Compared to the frozen tundra, you'll want to hurry inside - just try not to let the wall hit you on the way in! And once the gate is passed, the first thing you'll see is a massive Christmas Tree.... ]

[Hmph. Dusting that snow off of his shoulders, now.] Rude.

So is throwing snowballs at reptiles. [he grins a little, though. Don't dish it out if you can't take it, Josh]

Please. It isn't like you're going to freeze to death. You're already dead. [No, no, he's not getting his way. He's not happy.]

[tamedhollow]

What if I freeze to Erasure, though? What then? And I'm not technically dead. [semantics, Ichigo. And wah wah Josh >:V]

I doubt you'll let that happen to yourself. And you're dead enough. [He was just having fun. B|]

I've got a living body in stasis a world away. [a pause] ... So yeah, dead enough.

[leggierissimo]

[Point proven. Insert appropriate slightly-irritated hand motion.] So there's nothing wrong with a little harmless fun.

[tamedhollow]

I guess... But hey, don't dish it out if you can't take it.

[leggierissimo]

[This is another snowball hitting you in the back, Ichigo.]

[tamedhollow]

[Oh well NOW It's on!

Ichigo scoops up some snow using his tail and forms it into a ball in his hands. He may not have fancy psychic tricks, but there's nothing like a well-made, hand-packed snowball.

That he's throwing like a pitcher right at Josh's chest]

You don't wanna play this game with ME! Ha! I played baseball!

[Oh come on, right at his chest--?

Well, whatever. It hits him there - pretty solidly, actually - making Joshua step back with a grunt. Being that well-packed, it had kind of stung a little. But where Ichigo may have the talent from playing baseball, Joshua has "fancy psychic tricks" in his arsenal.

So a second or two later, five snowballs are rising from the ground, packing themselves tightly and hurling themselves at Ichigo from all directions.]

Ha! Right on the-- WAGH!

[Ichigo dives to avoid the snowballs, hiding behind a nearby fir tree] That's cheating! [from his hiding spot, he starts packing another snowball] Fight like a man!

[Ha. Victory. Smirking, Joshua doesn't even bother to take cover, brushing the snow from his chest idly. And look, even more snowballs are forming themselves! Eight this time, though one purposely hits the trunk of the tree as warning, knocking it down to seven.]

I'm only using what I have in my arsenal~

[Luckily the tree is big enough for Ichigo to just jump up into it, letting the branches shield him now]

And your arsenal is cheating!

[WHAP! Another snowball for you, Josh]

[... no, that's cheating. How is he supposed to hit you when you're up there with all of that cover?]

It wouldn't be fair if I simply used arm strength, you know.

[--and that snowball is clipping the side of his head, getting snow all in his hair. You know what? All seven of those. All coming right at you, Ichigo. He doesn't care if he hits branches - maybe debris will go flying.]

[tamedhollow]

[Ichigo is just USING HIS RESOURCES~ He scoops some snow off the boughs to make another ball]

Well it's not MY fault if you have wimpy noodle arms.

[the balls all hit the tree at once and shake loose pretty much all the snow on the tree. Well, there goes the rest of his ammo. He jumps to the next tree, firing off the snowball as he jumps]

[Hmph. Well, good. At least it did something.]

It's not my fault, either. Fancy that.

[He's actually dodging this one! Using a bit of teleportation, actually. He's also using it to follow Ichigo up into that tree, landing on the branch just above him and stomping down on it. Which, of course, causes all the snow caught on it to drop right off.]

[tamedhollow]

Sure it is! [scooping up more snow from the tree before Josh can dislodge it] You could work out a little! Do something with your body instead of your mind. It would-- GACK!

[COOOOOOLLLDDDD SOME OF THAT SNOW WENT DOWN HIS SHIIIIRTTTT JSKLdha;dhsdjkas;jk He shudders and falls out of the tree into the snow.

And just lies there]

I don't like sweating~

[And all of that snow is dumping right on his target, and-- ... and he's falling down. And not moving. Hm.

Unexpected victory...? He's gliding down from the branches regardless.]

I didn't knock you out, did I?

[tamedhollow]

[Unluckily for Josh, he's within striking distance. One eye opens, and Ichigo strikes out with his tail like a shot, dragging Mr. Floaty Smartass closer.

then throwing a handful of loose snow at his face]

In your dreams, kid.

[He should have seen that coming. He really should have. Which is why it's frustrating when he finds himself caught, and suddenly being snowblinded. Excuse Joshua while he coughs and sputters for a moment.]

[tamedhollow]

[as soon as the deed is done though, Ichigo lets go of Josh. He just cackles in the snow, then rolls out of the way]

Are we done now?

[leggierissimo]

[Joshua is wiping snow off of his eyes. And frowning. And then another branchful of snow mysteriously shakes out of the tree.]

For now.

[tamedhollow]

[Ichigo deftly rolls out of the way of most of the snow... but, well, he's already on the ground. In the snow. There's really no point. He gets up and shakes himself off]

Hahaha! It was fun though. But now I need to go warm up.

[leggierissimo]

[Boo. Oh well, at least he got him enough times to satisfy.]

There's a fireplace back at the hotel, isn't there?
