[After a long trek through the snowy field, a row of fancy heat lamps and a stone gate finally come into view. Through it, the town of Lutie is visible, and looking quite welcoming with its Christmas greetings everywhere. Compared to the frozen tundra, you'll want to hurry inside - just try not to let the wall hit you on the way in! And once the gate is passed, the first thing you'll see is a massive Christmas Tree.... ]

[Call Leon a bit intrigued at that, if even a little worried--this game must not've been all it was said to be if they're still here.]

Man, that's a pretty sweet gig and all, knowing the game like the back of your hand... [At least, he assumes it if he's like this.]

I'll let you into a little information. This Reaper Game seems different than the previous ones, and the reason why hasn't been found out yet. This is my third week, and we're only supposed to be in the game for one.

This place...it brought back memories that Leon seriously didn't want to acknowledge. This was basically a not-so gilded cage, with these pins that were supposed to make you feel powerful and--]

[He'll at least do the favor of kicking snow AWAY from Sasuke, but...the realization has landed on Planet Leon, and it's going about as well as expected. He's pissed, and yelling.]

[Sasuke takes a hop back as Leon starts his little tantrum. He really should have seen that coming.]

Hey. Calm down, or you'll just end up Erased by a Reaper or Noise that has it a lot more together than you.

[He hears Sasuke, but it isn't after kicking around some more snow and taking a seat on the ground that he speaks again.]

Ain't it what they want in the end? They want us to destroy each other, don't they? [He's just gonna run his hand through his hair, sighing rather loudly at that.]

Even if it ain't that way, it sure as hell seems like it! I didn't fucking sign up to go through that again!

Do yourself and everyone else a favor and take a moment to think. Didn't I say the reason hasn't been found yet? There are a few Reapers who arrived with us, and they don't like what's going on either.

[Sasuke, you greatly overestimate Leon's brain capacity.........

Leon groans a bit when he says that. Sure, it might be true that the reason is something completely different; if the reapers aren't even sure what's going on for the most part, it puts the odds in both favors that this is benevolent or not so.

...Leon sighs just before a minute, nodding his head as if conceding.] ...Guess it wouldn't be right to judge unless we know the whole story. We're just gonna have to find out what it is by continuing to play this game, aren't we?

[There's a light bit of hope in his voice--maybe if they find out the whole deal, they'll still be able to get what was promised to them in the end. It might just all be a matter of surviving...

Maybe this time, nothing will go wrong.]
