WEEK 3 DAY 3: MISSION
Mission: Spread holiday cheer to the town!
Time Limit: Long
Noise Plane: Solo
Wall Instructions: Neku, the Flutters, and Kreutzer are explicitly assigned to wall duty, other reapers may man key walls around town as desired. Wall-clearing requirements must involve cheering the reaper in question up somehow.
Wall Rewards: Whirlygig Juggle
Reaped Rewards: Aqua Ghost
Mission Rewards: Adamantite
Bonus Reward: Love Me Tether
[It seems this week's GM is pretty easy-going, as this is another simple mission... it seems that spirits are still somewhat down amidst the RG, to say nothing of the Reapers. Obviously, one or more of them need to be happy to clear the mission. But which ones?
Strangely, all phones will get a second mail a few minutes after the first, though it's a little different than the mission mail... it actually seems to be in a somewhat stylized script, and reads quite differently.]
While those in this Game are carrying out your mission, there is one grinch who seems to be quite intent on befouling the name of this town and perhaps all of Christmas! Perhaps if you could find it in your heart to spread a little Christmas cheer to that snakey soul, Santa might have an extra present for you!
Ho ho ho~!
[This... doesn't seem to be part of the mission, but is it a prank? Santa does live in town...]
[[OOC note: Just like W2D7, you get a secondary mission! It's not gonna be easy, though, and the Reaper in question definitely did NOT agree to such a thing...]]

Don't worry, Kreutz. You're hardly the only sheltered child here.]
It's something, at least. Be glad you even have that - this Game is odd enough as it is.
I'm sure in a place that big, someone will take the dog in. People bring in strays all the time. [It's just a dog, though - he's never been much of a dog person. There has been one exception.] There isn't much sense in worrying when you have no way of doing anything about it.

I doubt I'll ever understand the mechanics behind the Game; I'm still wrapping my mind around death and what comes afterward. It's interesting how lively it is, isn't it? They say life is a dream of the dead, but where does that leave us?
Being unable to do anything about it is exactly why I'm worrying. I took responsibility of its life and only made it this far...(She shrugs.) The "love and lost" proverb comes to mind and frankly, I'm tired of losing.

It leaves us to dream the living, unable to wake up. Some of us, anyway. [He smiles, waving a hand.] It really isn't that hard to get the hang of, once you know all about it. It's been two and a half weeks now - you should at least know a little.
[Hm.] Keep up that attitude and you'll just end up stagnating, you know.

...But is it really so simple to just move on and stop dwelling in the past? To just let go?
(She should know the answer to this, but sadly, Kreutz is a girl who likes to be in control
Especially since she seldom gets the chance.)no subject
It isn't easy, no. But that's the point.

And I suppose faith is the way to move on from such things?
