Mission: Spread holiday cheer to the town!
Time Limit: Long
Noise Plane: Solo
Wall Instructions: Neku, the Flutters, and Kreutzer are explicitly assigned to wall duty, other reapers may man key walls around town as desired. Wall-clearing requirements must involve cheering the reaper in question up somehow.
Wall Rewards: Whirlygig Juggle
Reaped Rewards: Aqua Ghost
Mission Rewards: Adamantite
Bonus Reward: Love Me Tether

[It seems this week's GM is pretty easy-going, as this is another simple mission... it seems that spirits are still somewhat down amidst the RG, to say nothing of the Reapers. Obviously, one or more of them need to be happy to clear the mission. But which ones?

Strangely, all phones will get a second mail a few minutes after the first, though it's a little different than the mission mail... it actually seems to be in a somewhat stylized script, and reads quite differently.]

While those in this Game are carrying out your mission, there is one grinch who seems to be quite intent on befouling the name of this town and perhaps all of Christmas! Perhaps if you could find it in your heart to spread a little Christmas cheer to that snakey soul, Santa might have an extra present for you!

[This... doesn't seem to be part of the mission, but is it a prank? Santa does live in town...]

[[OOC note: Just like W2D7, you get a secondary mission! It's not gonna be easy, though, and the Reaper in question definitely did NOT agree to such a thing...]]

[Zecora is sympathetic to her feelings, at least; she understand what it's like to want something intriguing, but dangerous. She just has wisdom from experience Fluttercruel doesn't have.]

You might think it a marvelous thing
But if someone were hurt, it's a different song you'd sing.

I'll be careful with it! Really bucking careful!

[Her face contorts into the best puppy dog face 'Cruel can make.]

I know you would, and that is why
A mistake would make you fiercely cry.
You see, I don't believe you'd take no care
And try to strike someone, unaware.
But none of us are perfect
Not you, or me, or Fluttershy, I'd expect.
Mistakes will happen. They're part of growing
And learning from what you did, unknowing.
But no one would be happy, if when you erred
You harmed someone for which you cared.

[Fluttercruel's silent as she looks at the ground. Damnit Zecora, why did you have to make swords sound so dangerous?

She still isn't cheered up, so no wall going down for you.]

[Who's even worried about that, at this point? Zecora's first priority was to give her wisdom.]

Feel free to take this as a joke
But if it's 'cool' you seek?

[Zecora lifts a hoof, then thrusts it out to the side dramatically, causing her cloak to snap outwards, then billow.]

Consider a cloak.

[Even if Fluttershy doesn't really think much of that, Fluttercruel can't help but think that that was a little cool.]

A cloak, huh...?

[She looks at her body.]

It is kind of bucking cold here...

[Celestia knows it's not a gesture Zecora would make normally, but she's trying to sell this idea!]

That's an even more painful truth
For one without the vibrancy of youth.

I'm youthful...!

...A little!

[A pause. Then Fluttercruel shivers a little in the cold.]

Brr... Maybe I should get a cloak...

Certainly, I think you should!
For keeping warm, it is quite good.

Okay, okay, I'll buy something to keep us warm.

[Well... that's settled then. Too bad she doesn't take the wall down just yet.]

Allow me to go look for you!
When it comes to cloaks, I have an idea or two.

[Suddenly, Fluttercruel turns into Fluttershy. She appreciates the gesture, but...]

Oh, you don't need to do that for us.

You are stuck here at this Wall
It's your duty to make it rise and fall.
Why should I make you wait
Until the Game ends to spend a coin or eight?

Oh. Um...

[Fluttershy knows she's a reaper along with 'Cruel. Right now, she's telling 'Shy not to screw this up and accept Zecora's help. She shuffles a hoof in the ground.]

Um... okay. You can... buy a cloak for us.

Then I will be right back
With a cloak so nice you'll find nothing lacks!

[Fluttershy nods and lets Zecora go get her a cloak. By the time the zebra gets back, 'Cruel's already taken the reigns and is guarding the wall.]

[And when Zecora does come back, a package clutched in her mouth, she's looking quite pleased. She offers it up to the pegasus.]

['Cruel takes it and opens it up.]

[Zecora found one that's reversible, the better to suit both Shys' tastes. The one side is a softer red, the other a deep black.]

Hey, nice!

['Cruel fiddles with it for a moment.]

Oh, buck, it's reversible! Thanks for this, Zecks.

[She puts it on... an then lowers the wall and hands the zebra the rewards.]

This is really bucking comfy.

It's different from what I am used to
Shopping both for one and two.
I'm glad to see it fits your form
And keeps you comfortable and warm.
