Wall Instructions: Key wall in front of Nishi-Shinjuku. Objective to be met is appropriate dress.

["Tocho" is a nickname that refers to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, which has two panoramic observation decks. It shouldn't be hard to get there, but what awaits when you arrive?]

[Guarding the wall in front of Nishi-Shinjuku (and therefore Tocho) is this Reaper. She looks pretty unhappy to be there. Maybe you'd better just get down to business.]

[Oddly, this player - one she'd harassed before, noticably - is striding her way with a clear intent in his eyes.

...even more oddly, he'd wandered far from his pactmate, despite being only one of two pacts existing in the UG at this point. He's entirely alone.

And he doesn't seem to ready himself for battle, though he keeps enough distance that he can if need be.]

Is it really as easy as surviving until the end of the week and taking a different path?

[A bit cryptic, but it's obvious he's not here to get past the wall.]

[it's the leafy lizard guy. She looks behind him - he's alone again. Apparently he hasn't learned his lesson about that. Or maybe he's just got guts. It's not difficult for her to grasp his meaning. Dealing with Reapers, you learn to read between the lines.]

Yeah, I guess so. Seems like they'll let anyone in.

[The distaste in her voice more than hints that she doesn't think too highly of some of her fellow reapers.]

[If any Reaper has been paying attention this week, they'll know that this Player is on that's in it to win it. The only yen Sasuke has on him is the reward for yesterday's mission. The rest of it was used up for that damn Grizzly Gaiden mission, and even after that, he had to work to the bone to keep the yen going. This game is a little too important to just leave it up to someone else.]

[Yesterday was a nice break, but he's pretty sure things aren't going to stay that way as he makes his way to Tocho.]

[Neku knew the 'harry or else' orders would come at some point... he was just hoping later rather than sooner. Still, he's not the type to want to be Erased, so he'll obligated to participate.

[She's been frenetically searching for her partner since the mission started; he's been missing since she woke up. Where could he have gone? Did he get the mission? Still, he never left her behind....

Was he...no, he couldn't have. He was too smart for that.]

[Ichigo doesn't want to be Erased. If he's erased, he can't get hom. He can't get back to Rukia. To everyone. He can't save anyone... if he's Erased. Hollow instincts seem to take over when he receives the message.

Eat or be eaten, huh.

Was that the way it had to be?

He looks at the Noise pins in his hands. Wall pins, too. He has an idea. It's not a very nice idea, but he thinks he might be able to put something together to impress the higher ups... and maybe get away with not Erasing anyone]

Road to Tocho

[Rhyme hasn't been enjoying her day. She can't find her partner, and time is running low. She refuses to do this without him, though. He had to have something to fight for, right? So she's been searching on her way to Tocho, hoping that the worst hasn't occurred.]

NOW HE FEELS LIKE A HORRIBLE PERSON.

[oh damnit. of all the people...

Neku's not in sight, perching higher up for the moment. He doesn't see her partner right now, but he saw the lizard... thing go by earlier.

So, with great reluctance, he summons some Noise (fairly normal, nothing Rhyme couldn't handle), with the intent for her either to beat them or for them to get her in the direction her partner had gone.]

[Ichigo HAD to harry today. If he didn't, he wasn't going to survive. He wasn't going to be able to get back. And Hollows? Well. They had a hell of a survival instinct.

He looks at Sasuke from a rooftop before jumping down in front of him. The kindness is gone out of his expression. His yellow-on-black eyes are now predatory, with slitted pupils and a cold viciousness. But instinct had taken over, at least a bit.

I have to survive.]

I'm sorry about this. But I can't get Erased.

[he runs his claws over his pins and a skull-like symbol appears on the ground behind Sausuke. Three Noise crawl out of the symbol; a single Goth Metal Drake and a pair of Death Thrash Minks. The dragon-like Noise immediately charges]

THAT WAS THE POINT.

[And she counters then easily, quickly shifting from surprised to attacking with her Crackle Pop Barrier. After all, she's getting used to the whole "fights happen randomly sometimes" idea, and although there must be a Reaper behind it, she assumes it's not of importance right now.

As it runs out, she tries to avoid attacks for a moment or two while it recharges, but is eventually hit until the pin recharges. A few more rounds of this and the Noise are gone, but Rhyme is sitting there, panting.]

[Neku sighs in relief when she gets out of it ok. He's... not sure whether to go down and help her. After all, with the hell they've been given over not being good Reapers...

...oh, screw it.

He waits a second for her to catch her breath before heading down, walking over to her from the side so she has a chance to see him.]

....You sent those, didn't you?

[She doesn't sound accusing or anything, but mostly scared. She stays a safe distance away from him as she nods at him.]

Why? I thought you were my friend...

[...yea, that was pretty obvious, huh.]

...I'm sorry. We've... kind of got the higher ups breathing down our necks now. [He jerks his head towards one of the side streets.] Your partner headed that way. I saw him earlier.

[Harrying duty today on threat of erasure.

Something she most certainly doesn't want, especially when she still has people to protect. There will be nothing easy from her on this day, and she's actively hunting down players. Even if it doesn't feel good to do so.]

....You're getting yelled at because you're helping me?

[She sounds a bit sad at that fact, and after a breath, looks directly at him.]

Then you shouldn't help me anymore. I'm sure my brother wouldn't like it if you got yelled at because of me.

I'm pretty sure Beat would rather me get yelled at then have anything happen to you.

I don't see him liking you getting in trouble for me, though. Plus, I don't want you getting i trouble. We should avoid that. Even if we are on different sides and all, I want you to be okay at the end of this too. There's gotta be a way both of us can win.

[Neku sighs, tugging on you hair. You being smart makes this hard sometimes.]
