[Things appear to have settled down from the previous days. No more gallivanting ex-GMs, no more strange displays of brainwashing or secret tunnels. Everything is, supposedly, back to order. And yet, judging by the mission, not all is right. Whatever it is, it's up to the Players to fix it. Why not look around and see what this severed thing is? The answer may not be too surprising, to those paying attention.]

[Well, then; she'll just try to imprint 'mend' on him. He certainly seems troubled enough in any case; perhaps thoughts of repair and restoration will give him some solace.]

[He takes to it quickly enough, but it seems to deepen his melancholy into irritation instead of cheering him up at all.]

That's right, everything was finally ready to proceed before this sudden excursion into a past century. Perhaps it's only a dream...or I've gone mad. H'm.

[So this too is one of the RGers who is being displaced by the Game's jumps. Zecora considers a moment, then decides to offer what comfort she can -- this time by guiding him with an impression of 'thirsty'. Perhaps she can get at least some comfort food in his path.]

[When that one hits he seems reluctant to act on it. A few jumbled, too-quick thoughts pass by--something having to do with 'capture' and 'test'--before he settles on the idea that the birds will still be around here and there when he gets back.]

No sense in allowing myself to dehydrate.

[Excellent. She feels some small amount of guilt for this mental manipulation, but the Reapers have made it clear that the RGers are involved in the Game. So she quickly follows him.]
