["Tocho" is a nickname that refers to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, which has two panoramic observation decks. It shouldn't be hard to get there, but what awaits when you arrive?]

[Neku really, really doesn't want to harry anymore today- though, in reality, he knows he probably hasn't done it enough to get him out of trouble. He scowls a little at the ground, walking without paying much mind to where he's going, when he sees someone that (to him) pretty much always stands out.

Cue utter bewilderment.]

Mr. H?!

The Composer's Proxy is a Reaper? In Shinjuku? What's wrong with this world?]

[If this boy recognizes him, then maybe this world's version of him has the same nickname. It's worth a try, at least.]

Neku tugs his hair at the nickname, but otherwise looks... kind of relieved. And worried. It's a really mixed up expression.]

Yea, well. Kind of banned from playing at this point, so I didn't get a choice.

No. From what I can tell, pretty much everyone involved in this Game has been dragged here. Some people didn't even know what Earth was.

You showed up after Pinkie gave me that... 'mission.' And helped Shiki and I out. [mostly him.]

[It's more than enough. Hanekoma's fairly certain that Joshua's bet was exclusive to their Shibuya; the use of Sakuraba as a proxy and the boy's attempted attack on his first partner push the likelihood up near a hundred percent. They're from the same world.

And Neku, who wouldn't have a prayer of finding his way into another world by legitimate means, has been dragged here by some other power. Another Angel; it has to be. He's starting to wonder if Joshua's failure to return is due to something other than the limitations of another District.]

Sounds like the same story I recall. Good seein' ya, Phones... though I've gotta say, the situation's a little weird.

I wouldn't be surprised. [He smiles lazily.] I've been lookin', but he hasn't passed by yet -- have ya seen him recently?

...A lot of the Reapers got yelled at for not Harrying enough. He basically had an 'I told you so' moment.

Yelled at? Sounds ta me like they got off easy.

Did they pull the Reapers around here from other worlds, too, or are they native?

Probably. Still threatened with Erasure, though.

I haven't met one yet that's from here. Even some people in the RG seem to have gotten pulled in from other places. There's a talking pony running around.

But nobody actually got Erased?

-- Well, if they're bein' pressed into service with no warnin', I'm not surprised they haven't been working too hard.

Heard anything from this place's GM?

Not yet.

I think everyone was given a choice to be a Player or Reaper. But one guy told me that he can usually travel between worlds, so he thought being a Reaper and keeping his... powers, I guess, would let him leave. But he can't.

Other than missions, not really.

[Frowning thoughtfully. That makes sense -- the power reduction a Reaper would suffer should render anyone unable to move from world to world. It's more surprising that someone who could would discuss it openly with Neku.]

So who's the guy who hops worlds? That's an interesting kinda skill.

Right now I'm more interested in whoever dragged all of us here, though. No special instructions about the Game, huh? You just showed up here and got the choice to Play or Reap?

Pretty much. And so far, no one's really found out anything else. Not that I know of, anyway.
