Noise Plane: Solo
Wall Instructions: Key walls around the Times Square. Keywalls must be cleared by presence of a pact, or by fighting noise.
Wall Rewards: Blown Kiss
Reaped Rewards: Frantic
Mission Rewards: Rare Metal

[It looks like things are back to normal, but that seems to only raise as many questions as it solves. What happened to Tatsumi Port? Why did the phones all go dead like that? And why did nobody see the GM the entire last week...?

But it's no matter. It's the start of another week of the Reaper's Game - and the mission seems the same as ever for Day 1. Now just to figure out where the mission is pointing to.]

...She decides not to question it. Instead, she touches down and approaches the boy.)

I did. I guess I was pulled out of that world with the rest of you after all. I'm not sure if it happened before the Fall or not, though.

You seem to have made it out as well. Did I hurt you?

No more than I've hurt myself.

(She tugs on her cloak.)

Either way, the Game made sure to bring along everyone who's a part of it...I just didn't expect it could overrule doomsday.

...How are you feeling?

I didn't believe it could do that either. Either way, what matters is that everyone got out safely.

...I'm alright. I feel a bit strange, but I'm guessing that's because I'm a Player.

[They took something from him as an entry fee, right? He's just too numb to figure out what. Give him a minute, he'll figure it out.]

...That depends on the kind of strange you're feeling.

(It could be some entry fee, but it could also be recovering from...well, from Nyx.)

Entry fees always feel as though you're missing something and oftentimes, you're forbidden from remembering it. Is that what you're feeling?

Yes, I think that's it. I was wondering why I felt so numb. I think they've taken away my emotions.

[Though that would also support Kreutzer's other theory, considering how apathetic Nyx had been.]

(So it can go either way, really. It may as well be both...damn. Oh well; best she can do is make sure he keeps on going.)

That can make this week more or less difficult for you, depending on how you look at it.

...Perhaps they'll be returned to you by next week.

I can understand that. It makes what happened last week much easier to handle, but... it feels strange, knowing I am friends with people but not feeling anything when I'm around them.

I hope they will be.

It's times like these when you have to appreciate what you have instead of dreading over what you don't have. As uncomfortable and confusing as being robbed of something so essential truly is, slowly you learn to move on without them.

They may take away your legs, but they can't take away the will to walk on.

That's very true. They took your eyesight last week, right? And you seemed to work through it very well. I'm sure a week without emotions won't be a problem.

[And to prove it, he smiles! ...Shame it doesn't seem to have the proper look to it. Ryoji's smile was usually so much more enthusiastic than this.]

...I survived thanks to my own efforts and the efforts of others. I wouldn't be standing here if I didn't have both.

Speaking of which, have you found yourself a partner?

It's good that you had friends to help you through it.

[Right, he's supposed to find one of those, isn't he? He isn't sure if the Game is still doing this Duet thing Ichigo was talking about, but either way, it would be helpful to have someone that can help him with the missions.]

I haven't yet, but I should probably look into finding one.

It would certainly be for the best. Unlike last week, a pact isn't necessary to combat Noise, but the additional help will surely be welcome.

...If perhaps you need my help as well, I can certainly come up with something.
