Mission: Get with the Times.
Time Limit: Short
Noise Plane: Solo
Wall Instructions: Key walls around the Times Square. Keywalls must be cleared by presence of a pact, or by fighting noise.
Wall Rewards: Blown Kiss
Reaped Rewards: Frantic
Mission Rewards: Rare Metal

[It looks like things are back to normal, but that seems to only raise as many questions as it solves. What happened to Tatsumi Port? Why did the phones all go dead like that? And why did nobody see the GM the entire last week...?

But it's no matter. It's the start of another week of the Reaper's Game - and the mission seems the same as ever for Day 1. Now just to figure out where the mission is pointing to.]

[and in the UG. Did he die? Well, it doesn't matter. Ichigo is running over to him and... resisting the urge to just pick him up and squeeze him]

[All Ichigo gets is a small nod. Sorry. If a different fee had been taken from him this week, he might have felt more inclined to hug the other boy, but as he is now, the idea seems foreign.]

I'm alright. I am a Player now, but that's better than what I expected.

I... I'm fine. Nothing I couldn't handle. But... Ryoji, what's wrong?

[He knows just what to say to this. Enough people have asked him about it that now his answer is completely memorized.]

A Player has to lose what is most important to them as their entry fee. What was most important to me was my emotions, so I guess the people running the game took them from me.

I wouldn't worry about it though. I feel fine otherwise, and I may be a Reaper or have a different fee by next week.

... That's terrible. That's... what an unfair fee.

I don't see it as very unfair. It is what was important to me. Taking anything else would have been unfair to the other Players.

It isn't terrible. Things that upset me don't, so that's good. And I shouldn't have a problem completing the missions.

But emotions are... [he huffs. Because Ryoji is right. And it's... kind of spooky to see how logical he is without emotions clouding his words.

Logical, but empty. ]

... Well, I guess that's one way to see the bright side of things.

Unfortunately, the bright side doesn't seem very bright when I'm like this, but that must be the darker side of this fee.

... They're a really big part of who you are. Especially you, Ryoji... saa... I guess that's why they took 'em. [but it's so sad... He's alive, but it doesn't even seem to matter.]
